How we process the personal data you give us when registering for the Argentina Fintech Forum 2026.

1. Data controller
The data controller is CMS People, organizer of the Argentina Fintech Forum 2026, with address in the City of Buenos Aires.
2. Data we collect and why
We collect first name, last name, email, phone, company, job title, industry and city in order to manage your registration, approval and check-in for the event and to send you related communications.
3. Recipients
Data is processed by CMS People and by the providers involved in organizing the event (registration platform, email delivery, check-in and payment providers), under a confidentiality obligation.
4. Sharing with sponsors
Only if you give your express and specific consent when registering, your contact details are shared with the event sponsors in the Presented by, Master and Premier tiers so they can contact you for commercial purposes. Declining does not affect your registration.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data at any time. Deletion can also be requested from the unsubscribe link included in every email.
6. How to exercise your rights
Write to inscripciones@argentinafintechforum.com with your request. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the supervisory authority for Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims.
